In collaboration with Snapshield, we can resolve the present day
security threats by providing secure and user-friendly hardware
additions and software upgrades for supporting secure
communication over quad-band GSM,
smart-phones, telephones, fax, PBX and other telecommunication
devices.
Snapmaster, otherwise called SNAP Management Server, is one of
the several systems we promote for Snapshield. Snapmaster is a
main component in a Snap system. It is a Telco-grade,
fault-tolerance Windows NT Server management system used to
control and monitor the operations of multiple Snapgate
(multi-line encryption switches) units. It provides centralized
network system management solution for managing
Snapgate and
Snapfone function from a single location. Its main function is
to control Snapgate’s configurations, database, alarms and
statistics using its core software component called Snapmaster
Service. It also functions as the host server to the SNAPconsole
(a client-side software package used to perform remote management
sessions).
Snapmaster is equipped with hot-swap, redundant power supply
option and RAID (Redundant Array of Inexpensive Disks) technology
for proper operating during power failure and for recovering data
in the event of a hard disk failure. If you add a Snapmaster
version for your SNAP operations, it helps to gather billing
information; maintain user-profile, control the communication
traffic; search for faults and troubleshoot the problems. It also
performs remote testing of Snapfone units using either LAN or WAN
connection or a dialup connection using RAS (Remote Access
Service).
