Dear Sir / Madam

Our device model “Sony Vaio VGN SZ3XTP –Service Tag:J0024RLR” that we purchased in Turkey with invoice was delivered with Turkish Windows XP Pro software.We cannot install and configure the Windows Updates, policy settings and anti virus software downloads of Turkish Windows XP machines properly within the IT structuring of our company. I want to install this notebook with English operating system and use it this way and I need Original Recover CDs. However, we cannot find such sets in Turkey although we pay for them. Our brand has almost zero support in Turkey. The companies operating under the name of distributor cannot provide us this. But when we ask for this in the same way in an HP Notebook, we can have it without charge within 1 week. It is enough for us just to open a service register for this. Although we are ready to pay for the charge of such sets for our Notebook, you cannot provide these. There is something going wrong in this respect. If possible I want buy a “Windows XP Pro En” recover set for this notebook.Can we find this recover Dvd’s from you.

Dear Sir/Madame

My 15” Macbook Pro has a topcase fault.  I have taken it to the Genius Bar in the shop who advised me that the price to repair this ‘very simple problem’ was extortionate. I am therefore searching out alternative methods.

The Apple employee said that the keyboard should be fine but the top case needs to be replaced.

Could you please advise me of the cost of such a repair including Labour, VAT and the option of having it picked up / delivered within London. I would also like to know how long it would take.
