Problem: No sound on board and external speakers.

Solution: in this case lose conection. We Just fixed it and works again.

Problem: Smashed Broken LCD Screen.

Solution: We’ve opened laptop and changed lcd Screen to a new one, checking all conections and inverter. Now is working.

Imac running slow .It had and 80gb sata drive. We replaced it with a 300gb drive and upgraded to tiger 10.4.6

Diagnonis

Apple circle spining and not going any further.

Tried running apple disk utility but fault did not fix.

Solution: we replaced the hardisk and we were able to install tiger again and restore data from the old drive.

The cost of the job to the client was £160.00 + vat.

Problem solved. I tried to format the hard drive but that didn’t work. I replaced the hard drive and reinstalled Windows. The computer is running fine.
